Correct or Crap?

Now, what should John do? Should he open the file attachment? Should he buy the medicine?

John should refrain from opening the attachment as it may be a virus and might take over his computer system.
He should check out the information about the Spanish Flu and whether it is a fact or a fraud.
If it is a fraud, he should immediately delete the email.
If it is a fact, he should look up on the information on the medication which can be used to weaken or cure the disease.
